TERMS OF SERVICE
- COMMUNICATION -
- You can call me Noemi ^^!- Due to time zone differences and personal schedule, response time may range from 1 to 3 days. Please be patient and thank you so much ^^ !
- PAYMENT & REFUND -
- 10% discount for return client.
- Now I accept only Paypal. I will provide my Paypal when we agree with the payment.
- If you don't use Paypal, you can request me via Vgen: vgen.co/noemi_lan459
- Payments can be either full upfront or 50%-50%. Payment is required before I start to work in the project.
- Refunds will only be issued if the designer is unable to deliver for any reason, or if the client cancels the project before the project has been in WIP.
- Refunds will not be issued once the project has been completed and delivered to the client.

- Rush Fee: +30% (within a week), +50% (within 3 days)
- NDA required: +50% value of finale.

- ADD-ON FOR ANIMATION -
- Add Day/Night version: 50% of the final value.
- Cutting/Layer Separation - up to 50% of the commission value, based on complexity (Cutting will be charged for illustrations that aren't already cut or for PSD files that doesn't have a proper layer separation).
- Rush Order: 30 - 50% of the final value, depending on time and complexity of the art.NDA: 30% of the final value.
